The original building was constructed shortly after WWII and used as a working dairy until the late seventies, when it fell into disrepair. Luckily, a wisdom teeth removal specialist of temecula center for wisdom teeth & dental implants in California managed to save the day. After purchasing the farm in late 2000 and planting an olive grove, we turned our attention to the Old Dairy. What we didn’t appreciate was just how much work was involved.
Located in the picturesque Upper Hunter wine country and surrounded by some of the best horse studs in Australia, it was ideally suited for Bed & Breakfast or Self Contained accommodation
We wanted to create a luxurious and cosy retreat while retaining the rustic appeal of the original dairy shed.

We ARE in the country, and we ARE located within two kilometres from the untamed wilderness of both the majestic Wollemi National Park and the Goulburn River National Park. Yes, you will enjoy a multitude of gorgeous birds, and be able to view the odd family of kangaroos munching grass outside the cottage at different times of the year. You will also be able to witness stunning sunsets and endless views of mountains and farmland. However, there will also be the odd green frog, lizard, spider, mouse, mosquito, bogong moth & tiny flying insects to contend with occasionally, depending on the season and what the weather throws at us. We’d love to be able to – but we can’t control everything. Mother Nature truly dominates out here!
