A DOUBLE DAY BED (located in the lounge area) can be made up for a third person if required for $50 p/n. Please ensure hosts are notified in advance.

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable upon arrival at the cottage.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to rebook the cottage following a cancellation, and to protect ourselves from potential considerable loss of income over the course of the year, we have established a non-refundable deposit policy.

Cleaning:
Please wash and dry dishes/crockery and clean BBQ prior to departure.
Rubbish:
As we don’t have kerbside rubbish collection, we would appreciate if you could take your rubbish with you. If this is not possible, please leave inside the bins inside the cottage. DO NOT STORE OUTSIDE.
